Chris has spent most of his life in the upstate. After growing up in Easley he attended Clemson University and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology along with a minor in both Human Resources and Management. His HR career began in 2016 and he has since worked in an HR generalist capacity mainly in the automotive manufacturing industry.

In his current role as an HR generalist for a top 20 automotive supplier, Chris is responsible for the HR functions for over 300 associates including: 

    • Recruiting

    • Termination

    • Retention

    • SC employment law adherence 

    • SC unemployment

    • Conflict resolution 

    • Management and leadership coaching

    • Positive workplace climate
