Supported by Wells Fargo, the NGLCC XLR8 Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (LGBTBE) Capacity Development Program is now in its fifth iteration. This program is crafted to help LGBTQ-owned businesses thrive in a competitive market.
Participants will benefit from online executive management education programs, in partnership with leading academic institutions, private sector leaders, and industry experts. The program aims to deliver tangible, measurable outcomes through projects that are significant to each participating business.
