The Upstate SC LGBT+ Chamber invites you to a special event focused on empowering and enhancing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in companies across the Upstate. 

When: February 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Where: Milliken Enjoy light bites, refreshments, and a complimentary drink voucher as you hear from an industry expert on the critical role of ERGs in fostering inclusion and driving impact. Learn actionable strategies to grow and develop ERGs or start one within your organization. 

Who Should Attend? 

- Employees of companies with existing Employee Resource Groups, Affiliate Resource Groups, or Business Resource Groups 

- Individuals looking to establish an ERG within their workplace
